A ‘dearly loved’ mother has sadly been found dead at a house, with police charging a 50-year-old man with murder.
Paramjit Kaur, 46, was discovered with serious injuries in Oldbury, West Midlands, at 8:20am on Monday morning but she tragically died at the scene.
In a touching tribute, her family said they are ‘deeply saddened’ by her death.
They called her a ‘kind, hardworking and dearly loved daughter, sister, and friend’.
Police said they charged Harminder Mattu with murder.
The 50-year-old has been remanded in custody to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates Court tomorrow.
Ms Kaur’s family said: ‘On March 31st, we were deeply saddened by the heart breaking news of Paramjit Kaur (Soni)’s passing.
‘A kind, hardworking and dearly loved daughter, sister, and friend, she brought warmth to everyone around her.

Officers will be carrying out additional patrols in the area over the next few days.

West Midlands Police said: ‘We’ve charged a man with murder after a woman was found dead at an address in Oldbury.
‘We discovered a woman with serious injuries at an address in Swan Crescent at around 8.20am yesterday (Monday).
‘Sadly she was confirmed dead at the scene and our thoughts are with her loved ones at this devastating time.
‘Today, she was named as Paramjit Kaur, aged 46.
‘Officers will be carrying out additional patrols in the area to reassure and support the local community over the coming days and we urge anyone with concerns or information to contact us.
