In the wake of allegations made against Gino, ITV cut ties following an investigation into his behaviour.

The broadcaster confirmed that ITV will no longer work with Gino, or air repeats of his television shows.

Taking to Instagram, the 48-year-old has now unveiled his return to TV.

Photos show Gino dressed as a car mechanic, wearing overalls and soot on his face.

He captioned: “What a fantastic experience in Ireland working on a new series…

“I can’t wait for you guys to see it… p.s Happy St Patrick’s Day.”

In one snap, the TV star can be seen reaching into a car engine with a cigarette in his mouth.

He is also stood alongside two men while looking at the display of a camera fitted with a mic.

One of the chef’s followers commented: “Anything with Gino in it I am so down to watch.”

Another penned: “Can’t wait to see this… good luck Gino.”

A third wrote: “Can’t wait to see you back in our screens.”

While a fourth remarked: “Oh my looks like a new career too, all the best to you Gino.”

One female telly producer claimed to ITV that Gino drew an explicit picture of her during live filming.

It has also been alleged that Gino kissed a footballer’s wife in front of her husband, before telling charity gala guests he did it “because I can”.

Gino denies all the allegations.

Elsewhere, ITV decided to axe the series, Emission Impossible, after just two episodes.

It followed Gino and Fred Sirieix, 53, on an epic eco-friendly adventure across Austria and Croatia as they discovered the true cost of going green.

A source told The Sun: “Even though viewers loved Gino and Fred‘s chemistry, their Emission Impossible shows were only ever meant as a two part special.”

They added: “There has never been a conversation about turning it into a full series or even another special.”
