A man and woman who ‘kicked’ a child and ‘pulled’ her ‘to the floor by her hair’ in Primark have been pictured.
Police have released CCTV of the alleged attackers who visited the retailers on Week Street in Maidstone.
The 14-year-old was reportedly followed by the pair into the store before the young girl was assaulted in a ‘sustained attack’.
The victim is said to have lost her hair and had bruising on her head and knees.
Another woman ‘verbally abused’ the victim in the alleged incident that took place last month.
Kent Police are appealing to the public to help identify the pair and have asked them to call 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/47911/25.

A police spokesperson said: ‘CCTV images from a Maidstone shop have been issued after a child was allegedly assaulted by two adults.

The victim, aged 14, was reportedly followed by a man and woman into Primark in Week Street, before being pulled to the floor by her hair during a sustained attack which also saw her kicked in the head.
The incident happened at around 5.20pm on Friday 21 March 2025.
Another woman with the suspects is said to have also verbally abused the victim, who suffered injuries including hair loss and bruising to her head and knees.
Images from the store of two people have now been published, who officers would like to identify.
