My 51-year-old mum found the secret to anti-ageing – it’s how her face is wrinkle free, & you can get it for £16

A MOTHER and daughter duo have revealed the secret to anti-ageing, and it’s all thanks to one bizarre ingredient.

Aylen Park and her mum took to social media to share the secret wrinkle-vanishing ingredient — salmon semen.

It’s well known in the skincare world that South Korea has some of the best products in the world and is well ahead of everyone else.

And Aylen was its biggest support as she revealed people are obsessed with looking young.

She said: “Have you ever wondered what Korean women, like my mum, focused on the most in their skincare routines growing up?”

While most people assume it was the forehead or smile lines to show first, she revealed it was actually the undereyes.

“The skin under our eyes is actually the thinnest, making it super prone to fine lines, dark circles, and sagging,” she explained.

“And you guys know, Korean skincare focuses a lot on prevention, which is why you see a lot of women around my age, in their mid twenties, starting to take really good care of this area.”

There’s one ingredient going viral in Korea to deal with the problem — salmon semen, otherwise known as PDRN.

PDRN molecules from DNA are extracted from the semen and can stimulate the metabolic activity of cells in the skin to regenerate collagen.

Many people get it injected, but the process can be painful.

Now, skincare companies are adding it to serums instead, so you get all the benefits without the pain.

My alternative to Botox is a game changer – I’ve completely ditched the injections, and it only costs £1.54

Aylen recommends Rejuran, a brand that specialises in skincare treatments, but it is pricey at £37 a pop.

Fortunately, there are cheaper alternatives on the market, like Medicube’s PDRN Pink Peptide serum, which costs £15.88 and is available to buy on Stylevana.

The must-have ingredient can make the undereyes firmer and restore volume to banish wrinkles.

The clip has gone viral on her TikTok account @aylennpark with over 100k views and 4,900 likes.

People were quick to thank her for the recommendation.

One person wrote: “You guys look like sisters. I would do whatever it takes to look like you guys! Rejuran it is!”

How to reverse ageing in just 2 weeks, according to royal go-to nutritionist

LONDON -based Gabriela Peacock, who has helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.

She told Fabulous: “The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves – no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.

“The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.

“All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.”

It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.

Now only will you end up putting on weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormonal levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.

Whatever your age or state of health, it’s never too late to reverse how quickly you are ageing and embrace the energy and vigour of a younger you.

Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, and E, are essential in neutralising free radicals—the culprits behind premature ageing.

Integrating a spectrum of colourful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.

Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseeds, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.

Omega-3s act as nourishment for your skin, locking in moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.

Collagen, a structural protein dwindling with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods like bone broth and lean protein sources.

Another commented: “Your mum looks so young and beautiful.”

“Love love love your mum’s youthful skin!” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “You look like sisters!”

“36 here and under eyes already so bad, thanks for this recommendation,” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: “your mom doesn’t look younger than 45 but her skin does look great!”
