JOJO Siwa has revealed what she was trying to write on Chris Hughes’ hand after breaking a huge rule.
The 21-year-old singer, who was punished for her actions alongside Chris, made a surprising admission about her gender as she explained it to Big Brother.
When quizzed about it in the Diary Room, she said: “It’s something that I’m not ready necessarily to be open about or upfront about but it has to do with gender and how do I feel.”
She continued: “Let’s put it this way. Oh my God, this is a lot. Essentially, you have female, you have male. I’ve met a lot of females and love them but don’t feel like I’m them. Met a lot of males, love them but definitely not them.
“I’ve met a lot of people in my life that are non-binary and these beautiful non-binary people are who I feel the most like. It’s not something that I want to say about myself yet but it’s something that is confusing. So, that’s probably why we were talking about it last night.”
Big Brother replied: “JoJo, thank you for being so honest and sharing with Big Brother.”
JoJo added: “Of course. It’s important to be honest and I think it’s important to show that it’s ok to not know.”
Chris told her: “That was good. Good job.”
JoJo, who came out as gay, is in a relationship with someone who identifies as non-binary, while Chris is straight.
Last night Jojo, and Chris, 32, continued to confuse fans last night as they grew closer than ever.
And things came to a head when in shock scenes, JoJo was seen writing a message on the Love Island star’s hand with her finger as they lay in the dark.
After she wrote it out, she told him: “It makes sense, just think about it.”
Fans were convinced that JoJo was writing something about Ella and her supposed feelings towards Chris.
In tonight’s episode, the pair were they had to use a megaphone to speak on the ITV series, angering their fellow contestants.
The Only Way Is Essex (Towie) star Ella Rae Wise, who JoJo had previously accused of spreading “drama” about her and Chris, spoke about their punishment away from the two friends.
Ella, 24, told the other housemates, including Daley, Danny Beard and TV presenter Angellica Bell: “I told you they’ve been having secret conversations.”
Daley, 66, said the megaphone was “not a punishment, that’s a punishment for us”.
“They’re laughing because they’re annoying us,” the two-time Olympic decathlon gold medallist added.
He also said: “You know it’s part of the plan. Every time they get a punishment and all that, they get the air time.”
In the diary room, Daley said: “In athletics, you go to a major competition, and you’ve got to spend two or three weeks with people who actually you don’t like, because you’re all after to try and win the same things.
“And this is a little bit like that. JoJo and Chris, they’ve been on all of the (reality TV) shows, they know how it’s played, so they’re playing the professional game as they should, because that’s what they are.”
