The dark-haired actress wasn’t keen on being dubbed a sex symbol when she was first catapulted into worldwide fame after appearing on Transformers.
But since then, the 38-year-old went on to embrace her sexual side with former fiancé Machine Gun Kelly, 34.
During their four-year relationship, the couple – who met on the set of the movie Midnight in the Switchgrass in 2020 – regularly regaled fans with their passionate bedroom tales.

The mum-of-four and the American rapper revealed that nothing will stop them from getting intimate – even if it means ruining an expensive piece of clothing.

In a hilarious text message exchange between herself and stylist Maeve Reily, the 5’4ft stunner asked if the blue jumpsuit she was wearing was ”expensive” because she and the ex-lover had ”cut a hole in the crotch” – so ”they could have sex”.
The stylist – who’s worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Ciara and Hailey Bieber, jokingly responded: ”I hate you”, before assuring the star she’d ”fix it”, Mail Online reported.
Megan’s slideshow of images also included snaps of herself and MGK wrapping his arms around her, as the pair posed for photos together.
Blood-drinking rituals
Although Megan’s relationship with MGK, real name Colson Barker, culminated in an engagement in 2022, it was intense, full of ups and downs.
When the rapper proposed to the blue-eyed goddess in Puerto Rico, he kneeled down on one knee holding a unique engagement ring – which would ”hurt to take off”.
The stunning ring, which features a pear-shaped emerald and diamond, includes “bands [that] are actually thorns”, he told People.
“So if she tries to take it off, it hurts,” added the “Bloody Valentine” musician, quipping, “Love is pain!”
But their fiery relationship – that came to an abrupt end in 2024 – was full of plenty more physical pain, including drinking each other’s blood and playing with guns.

Posting on Instagram, the mother-of-four – who shares Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 8, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green – described their romance as “the tale of two outcasts and star crossed lovers caught in the throes of a torrid, solar flare of a romance”.
Megan said their relationship and bedroom antics feature ”feverish obsession, guns, addiction, shamans, lots of blood, general mayhem, therapy, tantric night terrors, binding rituals, chakra sound baths, psychedelic hallucinations, organic smoothies, and the kind of sex that would make Lucifer clutch his rosary”.

The star has also described those blood drinking rituals in detail, explaining to Glamour UK: “So, I guess to drink each other’s blood might mislead people or people are imagining us with goblets and we’re like Game of Thrones, drinking each other’s blood.
“It’s just a few drops, but yes, we do consume each other’s blood on occasion for ritual purposes only.”
She added: “It is controlled where it’s like, ‘Let’s shed a few drops of blood and each drink it’. He’s much more haphazard and hectic and chaotic, where he’s willing to just cut his chest open with broken glass and be like, ‘Take my soul’.”
Getting frisky on an Airbnb table
The former lovers have also come under fire for what critics insisting was abusing the kind hospitality of an Airbnb host, after Megan hinted the two had had sex on the dining table, Us Magazine reported.

Not shy of their adult antics, Megan shared an Instagram snap of her leaning up against a marble counter, writing: “When I tell you that the table at this Airbnb saw some things.”
The rapper – who is in ”a good place” with the former fiancée following the break-up – only added fuel to the fire, commenting: “I’m really glad that’s not our table anymore.”

Speaking to Daily Star, she explained: “I was raised Pentecostal, which is one of the most extreme denominations of Christianity that exists. Everything is evil and wrong and will send you to hell.
“So I had lots of talks about how sex was evil, sex was bad. I fought against everything I was ever taught or told and that just created more of a monster when I was a teenager.”
Megan added: “I don’t ever feel sexy in small clothes. I always feel really insecure. I don’t like wearing make-up.”
One-night stands make her sick
She may be one of the biggest sex symbols of our generation – but in 2010, Megan confessed that she’d only ever slept with two men, and the idea of a one-night stand made her feel sick.
She told Harper’s Bazaar: “I’ve only been with two men my entire life.
“My childhood sweetheart and [ex-husband] Brian [Austin Green]. I can never have sex with someone that I don’t love, ever.
”The idea makes me sick. I’ve never even come close to having a one-night stand.”
