Lunchtime football
Morning and welcome to the first Premier League game of the weekend as Arsenal travel to Goodison Park for the final time.
The Gunners, like their opponents today, have not much to play for in their respective domestic campaign with the league title all but sewn up and ready to be delivered to Merseyside (the red side) and Champions League qualification is a formality given the security of a fifth place to England – 10 point cushion for Mikel Arteta’s men.
Attention will be firmly placed on Tuesday night as they welcome Real Madrid for a juicy last-eight European encounter.
As for Everton, relegation is no longer a worry with moods on the up as they gear up for the relocation to Bramley-Moore Dock, despite a winless-in-five run.
