The TV star is gearing up to host a celeb version of the show

The Sun have already revealed how bosses are going to extreme lengths in order to keep details surrounding the series a secret but a few star-studded names, including Stephen Fry and Paloma Faith, have already begun to float around.

Now, in an exclusive interview with The Sun, Claudia has opened up and revealed she’s been slapped with a huge rule during the upcoming first series.

Ahead of the show’s bosses finalising their casting, Claudia confessed that she isn’t allowed to have any of her A-list pals take part in the show.

During an interview with her co-star Mika from Channel 4‘s The Piano, Claudia was asked whether he would be a Faithful or a Traitor if he were to sign up to the celeb edition of the show.

It was here that Claudia made her surprising confessions as she told us: “Mika could be either.

“But I cannot have a friend there, otherwise I would just say [gestures to who would be the Traitor].”

Mika then remained coy and insisted he “didn’t know” if he’d like to take part in the show or not amid the secrecy surrounding the line-up.

Elsewhere, Claudia confessed that she would love to take part in the programme as a contestant herself and find a substitute host but admitted she would be no good at the game herself.

The TV star said: “I would love to play that game.

“I would not be very good at it but I would love to play.”

Chipping in, Mika insisted she would be “very good” before Claudia continued to double down on her comments.

Despite the hype around the series, Claudia revealed she did feel nervous about its future as she joked she was ready for a “lie down” after filming all the series.

The Strictly Come Dancing host mused: “I’m scared, always. I love it, like The Piano.

“Do you know when you do something precious, you just want it to stay like that.

“I understand why they want to make more but I do think we should all just have a lie down.”

Claudia hosts The Piano on Channel 4 which airs Sundays at 9pm.
