Here they come!
The players walk out to a packed, bright Stamford Bridge.
Plenty of anticipation around the ground in this pursuit of Champions League football.
From Graham Hill at Molineux
The talk has all been about moles and leaks in the Spurs camp – but Ange Postecoglou has rotated his squad with the Europa League second leg game against Eintracht Frankfurt in mind.
Djed Spence, Archie Gray, Ben Davies, Pape Matar Sarr, Mathys Tel and Yves Bissouma are all included. Son Heung-min and Wilson Odobert are not in the squad.
Wolves, now all but safe from the drop – have named an unchanged side for the fifth game in a row – the first time that has happened since 2019.
Matheus Cunha has been winding up Wolves fans online ahead of his return after a four-game ban – it’ll be interesting to see the reception he gets if he comes off the bench.
Expecting it tough
Enzo Maresca clearly isn’t taking notice of the bookmaker odds.
He’s anticipating a tough game when facing Ipswich shortly.
He said: “It will be a tough game, no doubt.
“In this moment, any team you face is complicated. No matter if it’s Southampton, Ipswich or Leicester, because they want to show themselves and finish in the right way.
“They don’t like to lose games, so it will be tough.”
Slot preview
Speaking to Sky Sports ahead of their game with West Ham, Arne Slot said: “We all know Mo has been really important in attributing to results so I think that’s what today is about – the West Ham game – but it’s very nice for the short-term and long-term picture of the club.
“You have to put a lot of effort in to get a result in general in football let alone in the Premier League. We are enjoying the position we are in and the way we have played so far.
“But we also know how much effort it took to be in the position we are in at the moment and that’s why we are now focused on the West Ham game.”
