Adam Collard has shared a post-birth picture of Laura Woods as he celebrated seven years of his gym journey.
Woods gushed she was ‘absolutely in love’ as she shared an adorable Instagram snap cradling her newborn baby boy in January after he was born at the start of the year.
The TNT Sports presenter, 37, welcomed her first child with her Love Island star fiancé Collard, 29, three months ago having started dating in October 2023.
Woods said she has ‘her hands full’ as her baby boy peacefully slept on her chest while wrapped in a white blanket in a snap shared when her son was born, and has now appeared in a social media post shared by Collard.
The gym owner was celebrating seven years of his Sculpt gym opening, and shared a number of snaps to thank various people for their help along his journey.
One of those people was Woods – although it is unclear when the photo was taken, the two cozied up mid-workout as they posed for a mirror selfie in gym gear.

Collard, taking the snap, can be seen stood behind his partner as he poses shirtless in black shorts and a smile on his face.
Woods, meanwhile, with Collard’s arm around her shoulder, also brought a smile while wearing grey gym gear with a towel in her hand.
Other photos showed Collard himself working out, old photos of the gym and other staff members posing for the camera.
The caption read: ‘7 years. This place has bought me friends, family, a safe place, opened doors I’d never have dreamed of, a community like no other and some of my fondest memories…
‘It’s got me through some of my toughest times and given me the outlet I needed as a young man.
‘Humbling at times, but if it were easy, everyone would do it.

Adam also took to Instagram earlier this year to share a sweet picture of their little bundle of joy sleeping while wearing a sweet elephant sleeping bag and a white hat.

The former reality star revealed he had bought Laura a large bouquet of red roses with ‘momma’ written in them.
It comes after the couple announced they had welcomed their son and revealed their baby boy’s name.
They wrote: ‘Leo Ernie Collard, our boy,’ alongside a love heart emoji.
One heartwarming black and white snap saw the couple hold the little one as they shared a kiss in front of a sign that read: ‘We’re going home today’.
In another, new mum Laura was glowing as she cradled her bundle of joy, while enjoying a cup of tea.
