Aldi’s new gardening must-haves are launching in three waves beginning on Thursday April 24.

The solar light options have been created to brighten up all parts of your garden.

You can light up everywhere from your paths and darker corners to your entertainment areas.

One of the first bargain buys hitting the middle aisle is the Solar Star Lantern.

Available for just £7.99, the lantern has been described as a “timeless star shape”.

It comes in a variety of designs, including bronze, antique white frosted, or antique white firefly.

The light is described as giving your garden an “extra decorative touch”.

Shoppers can choose between a wide variety of outdoor solar lights from the new range.

The Solar XL Penzance Lantern, available for £19.99, will hit the middle aisle on April 27.

It creates a gentle flickering candle effect, and comes with black, antique white, or bronze finishes.

There is also a £9.99 Solar Marrakesh Lantern launching on April 24, which casts a stunning light effect over outdoor spaces.

This is thanks to the lantern’s cut-out style, which creates an enviable statement piece suitable for the tabletop or hanging.

Shoppers can also add a finishing touch to their outdoor space with the Solar Premium Garden String Lights, available for £7.99 from April 24.

It includes 10 warm white LED lights on a 1.8 metre chain and is available in flowers, bees, or butterfly designs.

And for the chillier summer nights, Aldi has got you covered with another handy item.

Garden features that add the most value to a house

A well-kept garden can add anywhere between 5-20% to the value of a property.

  1. Shed – 82%
  2. Patio or paving – 76%
  3. Secure fencing, walls or gates – 72%
  4. Outdoor lighting – 66%
  5. Sturdy decking – 62%
  6. Water features eg. fountain or pond – 58%
  7. Modern garden furniture – 54%
  8. Artificial lawn/grass – 40%

The brand new £59.99 Fire Bowl Globe will hit the middle aisle on April 27.

It can be mounted in two positions and offers a warm glow as the sun goes down.

The sleek design makes it the perfect centrepiece to your outdoor seating area.

Aldi’s gardening range also features a variety of outdoor furniture and decor.

And those looking to update their gardens will need to hurry, as with all Specialbuys, once they’re gone, they’re gone.
