A gutted Justin Rose told Sky Sports: “I went about my business well but then just clicked into gear on the turn.
“To bury that one on 18 was an amazing feeling.
“It’s happened to me again, losing a play off. But it shows me I’m still in there and competing.
“Some of the golf I played this week is unmatched. My name isn’t etched into those trophies but I’m not sure I could do much different.”
