A NEW four storey, 3,000 square feet soft play centre has opened at a Butlin’s holiday park today.
The new soft play centre at the Bognor Regis resort follows the successful opening of the £15million ‘PLAYEXPERIENCE’ centre.
The new centre boasts double the capacity of the previous one and allows up to 200 kids to climb, bounce and play in the interactive and sensory space.
Parents can also benefit from the new space with a new 100-person seating area.
The centre is split into three sections — one for babies, one for toddlers and one for juniors.
It measure eight metres high and the entire centre is themed around the characters of Butlin’s Skyline Gang.
Each character has their own section where kids can enjoy slides, climbing obstacles, log ramps, cargo nets and more.
There is also a multi-sensory space for babies.
In addition to the new soft play centre, the West Sussex resort has also opened a brand-new Puppet Theatre, which will showcase string puppet shows.
‘Puppet Castle’ shows will be free for families that are on a Butlin’s break or day visit and the shows on offer include ‘Under The Sea’, ‘Jingle in the Jungle’ and ‘Christmouse’.
The £1.8 million investment follows other new openings across all three Butlin’s resorts in 2024.
Also at the Bognor Regis resort, a new £15 million indoor activity centre called ‘PLAYXPERIENCE’ recently opened featuring a 50,000 square feet state-of-the-art attraction with nine immersive gaming experiences.
The Minehead resort as recently gained a £2.5 million ‘SKYPARK’ which is an interactive playground for children of all abilities.
The Skegness resort also opened new Premium Lodges at Maple Walk village last year Last year also saw a £12 million investment in new Premium Lodges at the Maple Walk village.
Over Easter Half Term all resorts will feature The Masked Singer Live, returning for 2025 with a brand-new show and new characters.
Piranha, Dippy Egg and Cricket will join the live show, alongside characters Sausage, Rhino, Dragon and Butlin’s very own Rockstar, plus many more.
The show will host new songs, routines and mystery celebrities to unmask, all hosted by guest presenters.
Last minute Easter Half Term breaks start from £33 per person.
